It has been quite a long time ever since I last posted on this blog. I was very busy these days, with several online projects going on.

Just want to give some update on the status of this blog and those who are interested in SEO.

In the beginning, the purpose of this blog is to write about my daily life and my thoughts. But, as times goes on, I find that it is getting tough to keep writing here as I need to work on other online projects that helps to make me money and pay my bills.

And that is why I have not been writing here since last August. My other online projects is doing well at the moment and I was able to make a consistent income monthly. They have huge potential as I can see that traffic and dollars are increasing month over month.

Today, I would like to give a update of this blog. If you can recall, my goal for this blog is to rank high in the search engine for the keyword "Asia'h Epperson". So far, it has been bouncing up and down the search result, somewhere between page 1 and 2, or specifically, position 8 to 20.

Today, when I did a search again, surprise!!!! This blog rank number 3 in Google.com, of course, depending on your location, the result may be different; but, here in US data center, this blog is currently placed at the 3rd position.

The first two position is the official America Idol site and Youtube and it will take a bigger effort to do SEO and link building in order to overtake them. It is not impossible, but, need more hard work.

The 3rd placing comes as a big surprise because I have already stop doing link building for this blog since last year.

There could be several reasons behind this surge in ranking.

Those sites that rank above this blog might have lost some links due to whatever reason.

Google takes time to find links and somes links to my blog are not discovered in the earlier stages

Those links that I worked on start to get more authority and PR, thus increase the weightage of this blog in ths ranking

Ultimately, I just want to point out one thing. PATIENCE.

You need to be patience if you want to be successful in your online business or whatever things that you want to do.

This blog takes exactly 14 months to reach the above placing in search engine and imagine the kind of traffic Google can bring in when people started to search for Asia'h Epperson.

Most will probably skip youtube and the america idol officical site and comes to this blog directly as the perception is that this blog is more personal and mainly containing asia'h epperson information, whereas youtube will be mainly video and AI sites is cater to the entire AI shows.

This is not the only blog that I managed to rank well, but, it takes longer times than I have expected. But, it is okay, I am very patient.

And you should be also.

Fourth Judge On American Idol 8

Have you heard the news about the changes for next season American Idol contest? Changes are widely expected as the ratings experiences steep declines for season 7 contest and Simon Cowell, one of the 3 judges on the show, had drops some hints in a interview as well.

So, the first change officially announced: Grammy-Nominated songwriter Kara DioGuardi joining American Idol as a fourth judge. She will sit alongside Paula Abdul, Simon Cowell and Randy Jackson at the judges' table and use her background as an award-winning songwriter and producer to praise or critique the wannabe hopefuls throughout the American Idol competition.

The eighth season of American Idol premieres January 2009 and from now till then, will there be any other changes? We will wait and see.

I Am Still Around

It has been quite a while since I last posted here. For the entire month of July, I only managed to make 1 miserable post on Asia'h Epperson and that is to be expected as I am putting my full attention to my other blogs that are bringing me money.

Another reason is because this blog didn't move up the SERPs at all for the main keyword I am targetting: Asia'h Epperson. All my other blogspot aka blogger blogs also show up far behind in the result pages, but, surprisingly, my self-hosted wordpress blogs are doing very well.

I may be wrong, but, Google sent many new visitors to this blog for the past one month, with the majority of them are searching for terms involving SERPs. If you are not aware, this blog rank well for several long tailed keywords about Google SERPs. Based on the keyword these new visitors search for, I could see that quite a lot of blogspot blog got hit hard by the big G.

That is the problem here, can you see it. Asia'h Epperson don't rank well for the main keyword, but, it does for other long tailed keyword which I have not thought of before. All my links building which I have done is specifically targeting at Asia'h Epperson and when I look at it, I really don't understand why. Anyway, I am not the only one, I think most people don't understand how the system works.

So, I have decided not to pursue too hard, just do whatever I can and if blogspot cannot move, be it. It don't bring in the money anyway. For now, I will just blog here if there is something I feel I need to say and if not, then, most probably will be one post in a long while.

And, yes, Asia'h Epperson is still around :)

Google SERPs Update

When I first started to blog 3 month ago, I was very excited about practically everything about blogging. I read a few articles about why you should start a blog and learning the different ways about how to start a blog and finally, decided to start Asia’h Epperson on the free blogger platform.

The feeling is great in the beginning. I think every new blogger will feel the same as I do. There is always an urge to write new article and once it is posted, you will start thinking of what to post the next day. The next thing you know, you will be interested to find out who read your blog, who commented and then how is your keyword ranking in Google SERPs.

Where it used to be quite consistent in the past, there is a lot of uncertainty in Google SERPs for the past 1 month. Some called it the Google SERPs dancing. I have seen many blogs moving up and down the SERPs for their keyword ranking and similar scenario happened with all my blogger aka blogspot blogs.

Asia’h Epperson, this blog that you are reading, takes a roller coaster ride for the past one month, moving down about 100 spots and up to the top 10 again and now, dropping back to somewhere 20-30 spot again. My other blogspot blogs also swing quite wildly for some of the keywords which they are ranking well in the past. Strangely, my wordpress blogs are not affected yet. I am not sure if Google is targeting and cleaning up blogspot blog as I read somewhere that a lot of spam sites come from blogspot and that’s why the recent changes seem to affect blogspot blog more.

It is so unpredictable today. You may rank well in Google today, but the next day, you may well fall off the SERPs totally. And it can happen even if you have not done anything to your site, like posting or building links. Strange, but it is happening.

Looking at it, I think this trend is likely to continue for quite sometimes. It is really bad times for those blogs that depend largely on traffic from Google. As all the niche blogs that I have built mainly depend on Google to send me the traffic, I have seen quite a huge drop in both traffic and earnings from this recent SERPs changes.

Just hope that it will be stabilize soon.

How To Start A Blog In 5 Simple Steps

So, after understanding why you should start a blog, you decided to start one but not sure of how to start it. Followed this simple guide on how to start a blog.

1. Pick a topic

This is something that people fail to think about before they start a blog. If you want to have a successful blog, you need to pick a topic or subject that you have plenty thing to say about, something that you have knowledge or interest in. There are some bloggers who post only once or twice in a month and that will be very difficult to attract readers

2. Pick a host

There are many choices but if you are looking at free platform, then go for either Blogger or WordPress. Both are quite similar and if you can’t decide which to go with, find out what you have in mind for your blog. If you like nice presentation, go for WordPress as their design looks more professional; if you prefer simplicity and easy to use, then Blogger would be a better choice. If you want to put up advertisement in a later stage, then go for Blogger as WordPress won’t allow you to do so at this moment.

3. Start Posting

Once you have decide on the platform, go ahead to create the blog and the next thing is to start posting. The only way to start blogging is to start working on it immediately, don’t give yourself any excuse to do it at other times. Blogging is really about doing it now and if you don’t, then, you probably won’t do it again.

4. Keep Posting

The most difficult part about blogging is to post regularly. There will be a time when you encountered the writer’s block and don’t have anything to post. So, it is good to keep writing ahead, meaning, writes as many articles as you can in advance and saved it as draft post. When you don’t know what to post for a day, pick out one of the draft post that you have pre-written and post it. This will help your blog to maintain a consistent posting frequency.

5. Learn and practice

Learn about all the buzzwords that are associated with blogging, RSS, SEO, Adsense, Technorati, Digg. Getting to know these terms will help you to improve your blog and increase the number of reader reading your blog.

Google SERPs Dancing AGAIN?

I was checking some of my blogs stats and there seems to be some changes going on again in Google SERPs. If you recall, there was a minor algorithm changes in late May that affected all .blogspot blogs, causing most of the blogspot blog to lost their SERPs ranking for several hours.

I am not too sure this time round because not all of my blogs are affected, only 2 lost their ranking at this moment. Asia'h Epperson is not affected yet. I did found an article posted about the Google SERPs Dancing a couple of hours ago, and the scenario mentioned seems to match what I found at my 2 blogs.

Blog provide another alternative to keep them update about you. All you need is a internet connection and you can upload your photos, videos or stories and they are able to see them.

Make Money

Yes, there is money to be made from blogging, but, it really depends on the kinds of topics and blogs you have. Let’s take the example of point 2 where you blogs about getting out of debt. Once your blog gets readers and traffic, you can put up advertisement or affiliate products that can enable you to make some money out of it.

It is important to note that to make money out of blogging, it takes times and patience. Don’t expect to make big bucks from it in the beginning, it is not going to happens.

Writer's Block

When I decided to start blogging at Asia’h Epperson, never once did I think that writing personal thoughts or life events is difficult. There are so many things to write about, I can write about family, friends, personal encounter, thing that happens on the streets, television, movies and so on. I never think that I will run out of ideas to post.

But, apparently, I was wrong. There are so many times when I sit in front of the computer, staring at the screen, rack my brain for something to write, but simply don’t know what to write. Sometimes, I have an idea what to post, but, somehow, those thoughts just cannot translate into words.

People called it writer’s block and it will happen to every blogger, it’s just a matter of when. So, the next time round you see that I don’t post for days in Asia’h Epperson, you know that I hit that patch again. :)

Is There Money To Be Made Online?

When I started this blog, Asia’h Epperson, about two months back, I knew that making money online through blogging is never an easy road. It is all about hard work, hard work and hard work. Still, I decided to start working on it and as they said, the rest is history. Since then, I have created several other niche blogs as well.

To be frank, I am not making big money yet, just some small changes here and there, but, that is enough to convince me that there is serious money out there to be made. It is up to me to work my way there and grab it.

And before you ask, let me tell you, Asia’h Epperson didn’t make me a single cent. There is no money to be made here because I didn’t put up any advertisement and have no intention to do so. All the money that I made online so far is through my other niche blogs, not Asia’h Epperson.

So, how can money be made through blogging? There are two different views:-

One side argues that having a large reader base and high RSS subscriber will bring in the money. With a large reader base, advertiser will be attracted to your blog and that translates into money.

Another view is that having a large reader base won’t bring in the money. Only organic traffic from search engine will help you make money. Why? Because these are the people who found your blog and they are more likely to click on advertisement.

Let’s take a look at the most simplest form of advertisement, Google Adsense. Almost all blogs start their advertisement with Google Adsense as it is easy to sign up and implement.

If you take a look at all those big blogs with large reader base, you will find that most, if not all, of them are not using Adsense. Why? It is because there is a common understanding that regular readers that read your blog won’t click advertisement at all.

I will tell you how I make money online and you think and decide yourself which view is correct.

All my other niche blogs don’t have regular readers. Okay, maybe one or two will bookmark the blog and come back, but, the majority of the visitors are from search engine. I ranked well for some keywords, they search in Google or Yahoo, found and come to my blog. Most of them leave almost immediately when they didn’t find the information that they are looking for. Some of them will click my ads. Some don’t. If they do, I make some money.

That’s how I make my money so far. Simple?

Not really. The tough part is how to rank well in search engine. And if you are not aware, this blog that you are reading now, ranks well for Asia’h Epperson.

Teacher lets Students Vote out Little Boy

This is totally unbelievable and unacceptable, American Idol style. Teacher lets students vote to remove classmate and the class voted 14-2 to send that poor little boy, only 5 years old, out for the day.

I really cannot think of any good reason that warrant such drastic action from the teacher, I meant, the boy is only 5 years old. It is definitely inappropriate. Where is the common sense, compassion and loves?

I would never ever want to see any kids to go through that, would you?

How To Manage Your Time?

One of the biggest challenges that I faced since I started blogging 2 months ago is how to manage my time properly and wisely.

As of today, including this blog, Asia’h Epperson, I have a total of 7 blogs and already, I find it very difficult for me to divide my time properly such that I can cover all of them equally.

For the past one week, I have only been able to work on Asia’h Epperson and one of the niche blog that is drawing quite a handful of visitors from the search engine. The other 5 of them have not been updated for quite a while.

So, I am actually facing some hard time with only 7 blogs, that’s why I cannot understand how others managed to do it with a much bigger portfolio than me.

My day started with working on my niche blog. Now, that’s my money maker. I accidentally hit on a keyword that is getting many search a day and there is no much challenge on that keyword. So, I ranked well and manage to get quite a good number of visitors from the search engine. I am in the process of working to get more keyword ranking for that site into the big G and hopefully, that will bring me more traffic and revenue.

After that, I then move on to work at Asia’h Epperson, this blog that you are reading now. Although it is not monetized, I tried to update it everyday if possible because this is my first blog and my friends and family are actually reading.

When I finished my work, I will visit and read my regular blog and comment. After that, I will spend some time playing Sudoku before calling it a day.

I have think over the matter and in order to improve my productivity, I intend to cut down my time on reading and commenting on other blogs and hopefully, I will have more time to work on my other blogs.

Three Things You Didn’t Know About Me

1. I Don’t Like American Idol

Yes, it’s true. Or to be exact, I don’t like the way the system works. I simply cannot tolerate the fact that those eliminated idols-to-be are more accomplished and talented singer. I don’t have much argument about the two Davids that show up at the final 2 in this season seven contest, they deserved their places; but, if some of those that are voted off much earlier on could have another shot and stay on, it will be much more interesting. And in my opinion, you knew, Asia’h Epperson deserved at least a place in the top 12.

2. I like to play Sudoku

Sudoku is a very wonderful game and if you don’t know what it is all about, checks out wiki. And if you want to play, you can try it at Sudoku online.

Some people like the game as they think it is another way to energize your brain. As it is a game with some logic, you need to think and figure out the number. There is another group of people who think that it is a waste of time to play the Sudoku. Maybe yes, maybe not. Anyway, I like this game as it is really fun and it needs some logic thinking and calculation.

Most of the times, when I am finished writing on this blog, Asia’h Epperson, I will play that game for a while before I shut down my computer.

3. I am very good at computer

I can easily assemble a basic computer system with all the spared parts. Installing software like operating system and others is relatively simple job to me. I learnt how to install and setup computer system 2 years ago when my dad’s PC break down and he shows me the way on how to do it. After that, I am hook and started to play around with it, doing some hardware upgrades from time to time. My current computer system is a self-assemble system by me.

So, I guess today you know a little bit more about Asia'h Epperson.

Google Updating New Algorithm

On Friday I make a post about Google Don't Like Blogspot.com, obviously, I am not the only one that found such dramatic changes in Google.

There is some discussion on Digital Point forum and it look like not only blogspot blogs are being affected, some noticed changes in keyword ranking for .info and .co.uk domain as well.

Initially, there is some thoughts that Google penalize all these websites because people suspect that majority of spam comes from these websites, but, as the day passes, everything is back to normal. So, I think the most possible reason is Google is testing some new algorithm and not really wanted to flushed out all these site. Anyway, blogspot belong to Google, isn't it? There is no reason why they would want to delist their own blogger platform.

This blog, Asia'h Epperson, has been ranking in page 1 or 2 in Google for the keyword, Asia'h Epperson, for quite sometimes. During that period of madness, Asia'h Epperson was also missing from the SERPs. One of my other niche blogs that is getting about 100 visitors from Google daily get no visitor at all as my blog is also being hit by the changes. From the first page listing on a keyword, my niche blog totally gone from the SERPs.

That leads me to think: We are so dependent on Google and any business that depends solely on search engine will go out of business anytime if Google penalize them. Of course, on a positive note, if you are doing the right thing, your site is not spam, then, not too much worry as it is unlikely that Google will simply penalize you.

So far, as of now, thing is back to normal. Business as usual. This blog Asia'h Epperson is still ranking in the top 10 for the keyword, Asia'h Epperson so I think that is probably a glitch when Google are updating their algorithm.

Google Don't Like Blogspot.com?

I think many people like the site PostSecret? Isn't it.

According to Youth Trends' February 2008 "Top Ten List Report" PostSecret was the 10th most popular site amongst female students in the USA, with 7% of those polled naming the site as their favorite

But, it looks like Google started to dislike Blogspot blogs.

Postsecret used to rank #2 for the keyword 'postcard', when I started to write this post, it drop to number 5. Now, another check show that it don't appear in the top 100. Click this link.

And it look like they are not the only blogspot site that lost the ranking.

makemoneyforbeginners.blogspot.com used to rank top 10 for the term make money till two days ago, now no longer.

moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com used to rank top 10 for the term make money online, also no longer in top 100.

What's going on, Google?

Update:

I just did a check again and all the blogspot.com that I am tracking is all back to normal. I am not sure what causes the glitch yesterday. It look to me that Google is updating their SERPs and somehow all the blogspot.com blogs are being affected.

postsecret.blogspot.com, makemoneyforbeginners.blogspot.com and moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com, and several others that I tracked, including all my blogs are back to normal again.

Hopefully it is not going to happen again. :)

Google SERPS Update?

It seems like there is some updating going on in Google for their Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs).

I came to this conclusion is because when I just checked the keyword, Asia'h Epperson, I found that the Asia'h Epperson fan site that used to sit in number 3 spot, just directly after the official American Idol site, is no longer there. And if you are not aware, that site had been occupying the number 3 spot since early March.

So, what's going on?

Actually, since late April, I started to discover that a few websites that used to sit high up in the Google SERPs for the keyword Asia'h Epperson are being de-listed or push all the way back in Google, including this blog. After sometimes, ranging from a period two to four weeks, they are then re-included into the search result pages again.

One of my other blogs, which also sit nicely in page 1 of Google SERPs for a specific search keyword is also gone today. I tried a number of combination, but, it is just not appearing and the strange thing is, if I type “site:abcde.com”, it did show all pages of my blog. So, I think the blog is being indexed, but, Google had taken it offline for the SERPs page.

Back to the Asia'h Epperson fan site that I mentioned above. By typing “site:abcde.com”, it also return results, so, I think Google is currently updating their SERPs, and all those sites affected are being taken off temporary. They should be re-included into the Google SERPS sometimes later, the period might varies from 2-4 weeks, based on what I have seen so far.

It appears strange to me that website that used to rank high for Asia'h Epperson for such a long period can suddenly be gone from Google SERPs, but, as I said before, nobody really understand Google. The only thing that we can do is to keep working on it, don't bother about statistics, page rank and others.

Asia'h Epperson FaceBook - Update

A month ago, I sign up as Asia'h Epperson for the Facebook account which I wrote about in the post Asia'h Epperson Facebook. At that time, I have only a few friends and although I knew Facebook is very popular, I have clearly underestimated the popularity of it.

To be exact, I am getting quite a big number of friends request daily and I knew that these people who wanted to befriend me, most probably, they mistaken me as the American Idol contestant, Asia'h Epperson. The number of friends request notification emails I received daily from Facebook is flooding my email. Not to sure if I can turn off that as I yet to explore some of the options. Anyway, it looks like I am riding on Asia'h Epperson fame in facebook :)

Initially, I logged into Facebook daily; but as time goes by, I found that I am spending far too much time in Facebook and decided to cut down the frequency. It’s addictive and I found that I can spend hours on it. There are times when I never worked on anything, be it this blog, Asia’h Epperson, or my 2 other blogs for the whole day. So, for now, I tried to restraint myself from logging in daily.

Judging from the number of people that want to befriend Asia’h Epperson, I think Facebook is good for social networking. You can make friends with people all over the world but if you don’t practice enough self-control, you can find yourself updating your ‘status’ every few minutes and staring at a computer screen for hours. If you really sit down and check your time spend on Facebook, I won’t be surprise that you are spending long hours in it. That’s really incredible, isn’t it?

For now, I decided to spend more time working on Asia’h Epperson and will only logged in once a few days. What about you? Are you spending too much time on Facebook?

David Cook - The American Idol 2008

David Cook won the "American Idol" title on Wednesday.

In my earlier prediction, I was with David Archuleta and apparently, I was wrong. As I said much earlier, the favorite might not win the competition. Before the show, all indication shows that David Archuleta is the clear favorite. The judges are full of praise for him throughout the entire season, and especially so the night before and it look like the audience also like him.

But, in the end, the voters decided otherwise.

So, here you goes, the Americal Idol season seven, David Cook.

Pack Light Or Pay More

It was reported that the largest US air carrier, American Airlines, would begin charging $15 for many passengers for their first checked bag, starting in mid June. What used to be a free service for all airlines will no longer be so as more and more airline started to charge for additional things in an attempt to battle the skyrocketing jet fuel price.

And almost nothing is complimentary on airlines anymore. We have seen increase in the fare, surcharges and fees for services and now, checked bags.

American is not the first carrier in the world to charge for checking the first bag. Spirit Airlines, a low-fare carrier with service primarily in the eastern United States; Ryanair, low-fare carrier in Europe are other that are charging passenger for their checked bag.

With American leading the way among major carriers, it is likely that other airlines will be tempted to follow suit soon, so, be prepare to pay more when you fly the next time round.

Welcome To Asia'h Epperson

Welcome to Asia’h Epperson.

If you found this blog, Asia’h Epperson, through Google, thanks for visiting. You might not be aware, but, if you try to search Google 2 weeks ago, then, you will never ever set a foot on this bog. I still don’t know exactly what happens, but, this blog is not in the Google search result page for 2 weeks plus.

Today, as I am writing this post, Asia’h Epperson is sitting nicely on the first page of Google.

This blog begin as a simple experiment for me to learn more about blogging and to find out whether is there really money to be made online through blogging. As you can see, there is no monetization on Asia’h Epperson as I meant to keep it as a personal blog. I have another 2 blogs that are currently making some small money for me and I am quite happy with it with those small changes.

With the latest update to Asia’h Epperson ranking on Google, I decided to make some changes to this blog. I will attempt to increase the posting frequency and the topics that I will be covered will be very wide, ranging from celebrity news, current news, general news, blogging, commentary and many others.

Who Will Win America Idol Season 7

If Asia’h Epperson was to make it to the final 2, do you think she will win this season American Idol? Of course, it’s just a dream which will never materialize. Asia’h Epperson was already eliminated earlier on.

For now, the final 2 contestants left standing in American Idol season 7 is David Archuleta and David Cook So, in your opinion, who will be crown this season American Idol?

My bet was with David Archuleta. Going by the early indication, it looks like he is the clear favorite. He has earned rave reviews and from the deafening screams you heard from the American Idol audience, they obviously like him. He might just nick it.

Of course, there is no certainty. David Cook might be able to pull off an upset. For the past few years, or rather in all voting competition, there is always a trend that favorite contestant is being voted off as there will be many ‘sympathy’ votes from fans of the other eliminated contestants. And, those votes might be massive and outnumber the votes for the favorite contestant.

Not true? You just need to see those contestants that already voted off earlier on, Asia’h Epperson is one of them. Asia’h Epperson may not be the best in this season, but, she definitely deserved to move further instead of voted out much earlier on.

Anyway, back to the final 2. Will the next America Idol be David Archuleta or David Cook? Let’s just wait and see for the final result.

Asia'h Epperson America Idol

It’s now left to the final 2 in America Idol Season 7 contest. My favorite contestant and I knew you know who is my favorite, Asia'h Epperson, was eliminated on 6 March 2008.

It is well documented that Asia'h Epperson was very talented and with all the focus on her due to her father’s death in a car accident two days before her audition, it is such a shame that she was being voted off unexpectedly in this season America Idol. It is the most disappointing result to date as far as I see because I really thought Asia'h Epperson had the talent and charms to go all the way to the final.

Have you noticed that most favorite are being voted off in previous season as well? That’s the reality of the show. You can be much more talented and sing better than the other contestant but, as long as the majority of audience likes the other contestant over you, you are out.

Asia'h Epperson elimination from the America Idol is a typical example. It is clear that she is definitely not the worst singer, but, as said, no matter how good you are, how talented or even how charming you are in front of the cameras, there is no guarantee that you will be voted into the next round.

Controversy? Well, it is not the first time, but, that is a fact of life. Talent might not bring you far in this show.

So, will Asia'h Epperson bound back? Don’t ever doubt that. Since her elimination from the show, we have seen her singing God Bless America during the Springfield Cardinals first baseball game of the year and also at the opening ceremony of the Joplin North Little League as well.

I think it is just a matter of time that America realize that yes, a talented girl was being voted off too early. Asia'h Epperson does have the talent, courage, determination and looks to succeed in the entertainment industry.

We will wait and see if she will be the next star on the horizon.

If you have read about one of my earliest post regarding Making Money Online blog here on Asia'h Epperson where I mentioned about all the controversy and drama in Make Money Online scene, I sign off with a note that there is more to come in Making Money Online, remember?

Okay, there is something brewing now on the Make Money Online scene. As you know, for the past 2 week, I was so busy with my other projects that I hardly post here on Asia'h Epperson and I almost miss out about this interesting contest between two MMO bloggers, Garry Conn and John Cow.

Initially, there are some interesting comments to and fro about the real identity about John Cow and whether Grarry is the man behind the blog. Then somehow, a challenge was being thrown and it was being escalated into a "friendly" contest to see who can build a niche blog that make the most money in 30 days.

Now, how to judge and verify which blog can make the most money? It will definitely be very tough to authenticate the earnings and so, after much debating, it was decided that both blog that was created will be listed on SitePoint at the end of 30 days and whichever blog that generated the highest sale win the contest. Interesting, right?

So, if you are going to ask, what’s so great about this contest that is worth mentioning here on Asia'h Epperson? Now, let me evaluate.

For quite a long time, there is a lot of argument and debate on Make Money Online blog. People question about whether does it really make money and does it teach people how to make money. Those questions have been thrown on some post in Asia'h Epperson as well. So, essentially, people are interested to know the whole process of how to make money online, from the start to the end.

So, in this contest between Cow and Garry, both bloggers are giving free "classes" to readers who are interested to see how they build the blogs, the entire process from start to end. So, if you followed them, they will show you how to create a blog from scratch that will make money online after 30 days. Interesting?

Asia'h Epperson Ramblings

It has been quite a while since I last posted here on Asia’h Epperson . The activities on Asia'hEpperson is quite low at these moment mainly because I have been busy with my other blogs, making post and building links.

The other reason is because this blog is out of the Google search result pages since my last post. As of today, by searching Asia'h Epperson in Google, this blog is still nowhere in the top 100 spot. I believe this blog is being sandbox, although I am not quite sure why it happens only now. Anyway, when that happens, the only thing that we can do is only wait.

I believe you are aware of the recent earthquake that happens in Asia Country, China. It seems like disaster occurs one after another. First, we have the devastating cyclone that hit Myanmar, now, we have the earthquake that hit China. If you have been following news, you can see how badly China is being hit by this earthquake. It's really sad to see those scene. God bless them.

For America Idol, finally, it is down to the final 2 and therefore, the rumors on the internet that there is an wildcard tour is probably not going to happen. So you won't be able to see Asia'h Epperson, the eliminated contestant, back on America Idol again.

If you have been following international news lately, you should be aware of the devastating cyclone that hit Myanmar, a Southeast Asian country. With the latest report, the death toll count at more than 22,000 people, with more than 41,000 were missing. It is such a tragic event and my heart goes out to the Myanmar people.

What's Next, Asia'h Epperson?

Asia’h Epperson is the first blog I created and it was meant as an experiment into blogging for me. From the day it was created, Asia’h Epperson was always meant to be a personal blog. It contains various different types of postings; personal, America idol, make money online, positive and rambling. Basically, Asia’h Epperson was all about whatever things that came to the mind, I blog.

As time goes on, blogging becomes a daily routine for me. Through Asia’h Epperson, I came into contacts with fellow bloggers. There are some arguments along the way and I learnt many things from it.

Beside Asia’h Epperson, I created another 2 blogs and they are in specific niche. In the recent google pagerank update, one of the 2 got rewarded with a pagerank 3. I started to put up ads a week ago and apparently, they started to make some money for me. Although the amount made is small, it is still a big step for me as this is the first time I really make money online. I started to realize that it is possible to make money online, but, a lot of effort had to be put in.

As you know, I take a short vacation a few days back as I committed to shutdown day. While I was away from blogging for those few days, I think a lot about what I going to do with Asia’h Epperson and my other blogs.

Initially, when Asia’h Epperson was created, I had a very strong determination to move it up the SERPs and rank high for the keyword Asia’h Epperson. I do put in a lot of effort and while seeing it reaches the number 5 spot in Google, it fall later due to many reasons and apparently, Asia’h Epperson now sits somewhere in page 5 or 6.

Considering that fact that Asia’h Epperson won’t make me any money at all, whereas the other blogs already started to make money, most probably, I will put in more times to build up the other blogs. Although I will spend lesser time on Asia’h Epperson, I will not neglect it because this is the first blog I created and I learn a lot of things here.

I will review Asia’h Epperson again as time goes on and for the moment, posting will still be continue and I do hope that Asia’h Epperson will do well again.

Asia'h Epperson Going For Vacation

Now, if you don't know, 3rd May is the Shutdown Day, and Asia'h Epperson had signed up to support the movement. Although the initial plan is to read some books at somewhere, Asia'h Epperson decided that it would be good to take a break from blogging. So, time to go for a vacation.

Asia'h Epperson will be going away for a few days. This post that you read is being scheduled to post on 1st May, by the time you read it, Asia'h Epperson already happily holiday somewhere.

This blog, Asia'h Epperson, move from no PageRank to a PR0. Another site of mine moves from PR0 to P3 while a 3rd site moves down 1 rank.

As Google PageRank updates can take several days to be accurate across all of Google’s Data Centers, it is possible that you might not see any changes to your pagerank at the moment.

The Funny Thing About Blogosphere

As you know, Asia’h Epperson had been reading some positive and self development blog lately and sometimes, it is really amazed to see the kind of cult followings some of those blogs can attract.

Today, Asia’h Epperson was reading one of the blog and for that particular post, Asia’h Epperson don’t think there is much value in it, but, strange enough, people just comment, praise it and some even link to it. That’s really make Asia’h Epperson understand why everyone is looking forward to be famous and being classified as the A-List. It is really straight forward, no matter what you write, whether it makes sense and helpful or not, readers will just comes by, comment, praise it and link to it. Why? Because you are famous.

But, is that what the blogosphere about?

Of course, Asia’h Epperson is in no position to discuss about it, but, really, it is funny enough for Asia’h Epperson to read and laugh. Now, there are closed to 200 comments on that post that talked about personal stuff. Can you imagine if those same comments on my first post or Asia’h Epperson facebook, won’t you fall off the chair?

That’s probably the benefit that those famous bloggers enjoyed. Asia’h Epperson had seen so many readers simply followed the famous blogger and clearly, they enjoyed, even nonsense.

Now, we are told by those same A-List bloggers that content is king. Write something that is useful to reader, things that will help them and don’t write simply because you need to post. Clearly, they forget to tell Asia’h Epperson that they are the exceptional. It is okay to write rubbish or personal stuff, provided you are famous.

Now, Asia’h Epperson don’t know about you, but, if that is the kind of post Asia’h Epperson is going to read weekly, then Asia’h Epperson is going to say goodbye to that blog. Give me a break please.

You Comment I Follow. Err… Actually I don’t

You should have seen this logo or similar logo in different color been display in some blogs. That’s the You Comment I Follow badge, used by bloggers to indicate that the blog is a dofollow blog.

What is dofollow and what is nofollow?

DoFollow is a term used by bloggers and website owners who removed the “rel=nofollow” tag in their external link to other site. By removing this tag, google bots and all other search engine bots, will follow through the link and pass on page rank or link juice, commonly known as google juice, to the other site. That means, when you made a comment on a dofollow blog, you will get some google juice and if it is a nofollow blog, you won’t get at all.

So, to encourage comments from readers, some blog choose to remove the nofollow tag and put up the You Comment I Follow badge. That will indicate to the readers that if you comment, google will follow and you will be rewarded with some link love.

How to Remove The NoFollow Tag?

Well, there are already a lot of posts about how to do it, simply google “how to remove nofollow”, or click on this link, will return you quite a number of answer that can help you on how to remove it.

So What Is The Issue?

Some of the blogs out there are displaying the badge but, in actual fact, they don’t follow.

Now, there are some blogs that display the badge, but, will become dofollow only when you made a certain number of comments on the blog (that can be set using some wordpress plugin). Asia'h Epperson not referring to these blogs.

Asia'h Epperson is referring to those blogs that display the You Comment I Follow badge but, in reality, there will never ever follow you.

Why?

There are a few possibilities. Most of the time is due to they upgrade the wordpress installation and in the process, they forget to turn on the plugin that helps to remove the nofollow tag. Sometimes, it might be due to new plugin is being installed and causes problem with the nofollow tag. And, most of the time, the owner might not even realized it.

Whatever the reason, Asia’h Epperson feels that it is the blog owner’s responsibility to ensure that the blog dofollow if you put up the badge. There is really no excuse if you continue to use the badge and not following through.

If you are using the You Comment I Follow badge for your blog, it is good that after every new upgrade or installation of new plugin, put in some time to check that the blog is still followed.

Oppss... Your Comment Hurt

Yesterday, Asia’h Epperson got two very big surprises. The first surprise is that this blog, Asia’h Epperson, is being booted out of the top 100 spots in Google ranking. Then, later another surprise comes in as Asia’h Epperson received an email from one blog owner asking Asia’h Epperson to stop spamming his site.

Note: To avoid any misunderstanding, I purposely blank out all the email address, IP, url and person involved.

First, let me put the fact right. Asia’h Epperson hate spamming and would never do so and had never never ever spammed his site. Now, the blog that claimed Asia’h Epperson spamming his site is a very reputable and active blog in the blogosphere and has a very high page rank. So, do you think that Asia’h Epperson is so stupid as to spam that blog?

Definitely not. So, why is he claiming so?

After a few corresponding email with that owner, Asia’h Epperson finally understand why and let me tell you in details.

Nowadays, it is very easy to find out all the external links linking to any site, including this blog, Asia’h Epperson. If you don’t know about it, go and read the article on How to Replicate Your Competition's Link with SeoQuake at Courts blog.

Apparently, there are other people, using some other name, making many comments on that same blog in a short period of time and hence raised the spam alarm. And all the URL is promoting the America Idol contestant, Asia’h Epperson.

To be fair to the other commentators, Asia’h Epperson read through those comments, they are not spam. But, it just happens that within a short period of 8-10 minutes, there are 5 comments being made on 5 different posts. That's definitely looks spam to the owner.

Now, here, let me put the fact right again. While the other blogs is promoting the America Idol Contestant Asia’h Epperson, my blog is not the same thing. My blog is solely about my personal life and ranting about other things and it just happens that I am also Asia’h Epperson.

So, it comes back to a question, is there anything that Asia’h Epperson can do to control what other people do at another blog? Asia'h Epperson don't think so, then, why penalize Asia’h Epperson? Now, it is very clear that Asia’h Epperson made the first comment over at those blogs and if people followed, there is really nothing Asia’h Epperson can do.

Again, this is not the first blog that penalize Asia’h Epperson. There are another few blogs that simply removed the comments or URL whenever Asia’h Epperson comments. And really, Asia’h Epperson knows why it happens.

Apparently, a few days ago, one of the sites that promoted America Idol Asia’h Epperson is being booted out of Google and no longer in the index. So, it looks to me that maybe someone had complain to Google and that’s why my blog also seems to get the penalty and drop in the SERPs. Of course, there is no confirmation on it, but, from the way Asia’h Epperson looks at it, there is such a possibility, else, it is really hard to understand why the ranking drops so much in the space of 2 days.

Now, it is very hard to accept the fact that Asia’h Epperson is being penalized on something that not within her control, but, this is part and parcel of the blogosphere and really, life still goes on.

This post is made not to bash anyone, Asia’h Epperson just want to highlight that when you proceed to make comment on other blogs, although not your intention, but, it may still hurt other. So, practice due diligence.

Asia'h Epperson Stop Checking Statistics

When this blog, Asia'h Epperson was started about a month ago, Asia'h Epperson was very excited about all the statistics related to this blog, things like google ranking, visitors, keyword, pages index, and many other stuff. Asia’h Epperson was very keen to know how the blog perform that twicely daily, Asia’h Epperson will check on the statistics.

Now, Asia'h Epperson thinks this is pretty common among new blogger, there is nothing to be ashamed about. In the beginning, everybody probably check all the statistics everyday. But, after a while, the interest will most probably wane off if there is really nothing impressive about the statistics that you are looking at.

Of course, if the statistics showed lot of improvement daily, you might get hook on and continue checking them. Asia’h Epperson just get sick at looking at the same statistics daily. Now, everyday there are about 30-40 unique visitors to this blog, Asia’h Epperson, and really that is not a very impressive figure. Of course, sometimes, there might be a sudden increase of traffic, like after the post on Asia'h Epperson FaceBook, but, generally, the traffic stay quite constant. But, considering that Asia’h Epperson is just a normal personal blog, don’t teach readers anything, and most of the time, probably only ranting about everything that Asia’h Epperson comes across, it is not that bad at all.

The only point that is worth mentioned is probably Asia’h Epperson have been sitting pretty good in google for quite a few weeks. It does bound up and down sometimes, but generally, it is either in page 1 or 2. So, it looks like google really love Asia’h Epperson.

But, since yesterday, the whole situation changed. Out of the blue, Asia’h Epperson falls out of the top 100 spots and although there is some slight improvement today, it is still nowhere near the high that Asia’h Epperson achieve for the past few weeks. That’s why sometimes, Asia’h Epperson don’t really understand google. Many people don’t understand anyway.

So, there is really nothing impressive to talk about anymore on Asia’h Epperson. But, to Asia’h Epperson, it is not a big issue, because at the end of the day, a personal blog is still a personal blog. Nobody will really want to read what Asia’h Epperson rants about, of course, unless Asia’h Epperson is famous. People will be willing to read what Steve Jobs, Bill Gate, Obama talks about, but, who really interested in Asia’h Epperson.

Well, unless those fans chasing after the America Idol contestant Asia’h Epperson and somehow ended up at this blog. God knows.

Start Working on It

It seems like most of the time when we wanted to start working on something, we will hesitate and ended up never really start to work on it. We will probably tell ourselves: “okay, tomorrow I will do it.”

But, in reality, that day will probably never come.

There are many things in life where Asia’h Epperson really wanted to do, just ended up never worked on. During school days, my parents keep reminding Asia’h Epperson to do read up or do revision of the school work, well, most of the time, Asia’h Epperson just idle away the time and only right before exams kick in, then quickly pick up the textbook.

So, how many times in life we really got a chance to relive everything over again?

This blog, Asia’h Epperson, was created about one month ago. It was finally created, yes, Asia’h Epperson finally created it. The idea of blogging have been sitting in my mind for quite sometimes, but, most of the time, it will just flashes past and never really get into doing it.

Now, looking back, Asia’h Epperson might have just not created it at all. There is a lot of time when Asia’h Epperson pop up the same question: so, are you going to start or you are not?

It is really just sit down and worked on it. Any hesitation will actually stop you from doing it. Asia’h Epperson know it and you know it. Most of the time, when we really think again, we will most probably won’t do it. The amount of times putting in front of the computer is quite a lot. Really, it is just about sacrifice some of your personal time.

But, end of the day, Asia’h Epperson is glad that she did it.

So, what is the story between this?

Now, go and do whatever you think you want to do. Don’t hesitate too much. As simple as that. Hesitation will only make you wait much longer and you will probably never do it.

Asia'h Epperson is Guilty, Are You?

Sometimes, it just take a little extra time or effort to clear any doubt and it really works wonder if that extra little bit of time is being put in. Asia'h Epperson Facebook, the post that Asia'h Epperson wrote a few days ago that created some misunderstanding with another fellow blogger, is the one that Asia'h Epperson going to talk about today.

The other day, Asia'h Epperson read about a post about the false Asia'h Epperson Facebook and obviously, felt upset as Asia'h Epperson felt that the post indirectly pointing the fingers at Asia'h Epperson and this blog. So, in a blur of moment, Asia'h Epperson wrote another post Another DumbFuck Is Born bashing back at the blogger.

TR, the other blogger, took the initiative to make some comments here clarifying that she don’t meant to offend Asia’h Epperson and she never know that Asia’h Epperson did have a facebook profile created and if she knew it, she would never make that post. Then, she took a step further and deletes her post that created the misunderstanding and although it is not necessary, Asia'h Epperson still appreciated it and that’s why Asia’h Epperson think that people are mostly nice and good.

Now, it is clear that there is some misunderstanding and Asia’h Epperson felt that if we both have put in some effort to make some contact and communicate, this kind of awkward situation can be avoided. Which lead Asia’h Epperson to think: maybe everyone is guilty of that at one time or another.

If a little bit extra time is being put in, there will probably be fewer conflicts between people and how the world might change because of that. Nobody can tell, but, it should be for the better.

Asia’h Epperson is guilty of that at times. If time can roll back, Asia’h Epperson might take the time to say sorry to a very old time friend. We no longer keep in touch due to some disagreement and it is such a shame that the friendship ended that way. And there are many other things, things that if we put in some effort, the outcome might be entirely different.

Asia’h Epperson is guilty of not putting in that little bit of effort and times, are you?

Another DumbFuck Is Born

So another dumbfuck is born again. The fellow at http://asiah-epperson-latest-news.blogspot.com. Now, I am not going to link there. You guys go and see. After my post on Asia'h Epperson Facebook, she obviously thought that there is an opportunity for her to post something, and so, made up a post on Fake Asia'h Epperson Facebook.

Now, if you guys go Facebook and search, there is currently only one Asia'h Epperson and that's me. So why she is a dumbfuck. If you want to bash or make fun of people, get the facts straight. From day one I created the account on facebook, only friends can see my profile. If simply search, there is no way you can see my profile, so, either her friend from Singapore (as she claimed) or she herself is blind, stupid or dumb. Else, how the hell she claimed that all the personal information in it were wrong. Only a dumbfuck can see something different, right? Okay, let's said I added that dumbfuck as friend, in my profile, there is a URL pointing to my blog here and only a dumbfuck and stupid person will mistake me as the America Idol Asia'h Epperson.

And from where you dumbfuck get the information that there is only Asia'h Epperson on the world? Do you know there are how many Barack Obama, George Bush and Jesus Christ on facebook, go do a search, dumbfuck.

The dumbfuck also claimed there are a lot of fake Asia'h Epperson site, obviously, pointing the finger at my site. Now, if you are not blind, stupid and dumb, from my very first post, I already said that I am NOT THE Asia'h Epperson from America Idol Season 7. Again, someone commented on my blog mistaking me as America Idol Asia'h Epperson, my reply to her is that I am not. That dumbfuck should have read that, but, choose to ignore and bash me.

So, from the fact that that dumbfuck made only 3 posts in this month, Asia'h Epperson can understand that you don't know what else to write. Now, Asia'h Epperson give you some advice. Go write about when you wake up, what time you take breakfast, shower, walk your dog, go shopping, what color of your cloth. Definitely you can write something everyday.

Now, don't be a dumbfuck and write something that you can't even get the facts right.

Everyday there are about 30-40 unique visitors to my site and I know all are fellow bloggers writing on Asia'h Epperson, and that include you. Now, you dumbfuck tell me, who will google for Asia'h Epperson and reach my blog when google return the Official America Idol Site, followed by Griz's site and a few sites that wrote purely about AI. So, those visit my blogs is not fellow bloggers eying the same keyword, then who else?

Claiming that you are a pure Asia'h Epperson fan site is a joke. A contestant voted off and you started a fan site for her. Come on, get a life. Everybody know why suddenly there are so many Asia'h Epperson site popping up. Go write about Simon Cowell, maybe I will believe you. And, take out your EARTH HOUR post, that's got nothing to do with Asia'h Epperson fan site.

And I can see that you are following Asia'h Epperson to make comments on some blogs. Go ahead, carry on, you won't win the competition. Why? Now, let me tell you dumbfuck why. Since day one, I already make at least 200 plus comments, visit at least 100 blogs and at least 20 forums. You can see my backlinks is about 5K plus. Now, I went to first page in google sometimes back, just behind Griz, and you dumbfuck are still nowhere to be seen.

And, I tell you why I post almost everyday. I just started blogging, Asia'h Epperson is my first blog. Obviously, I don't have linkfarms, I don't have many blogger friends to help. So, I need to make a lot of comments, but, that's the best the site can go in google. So, I try to make a post everyday, hoping that in long run, all my posts are stuffed with my keyword and maybe, that will push this blog up.

Is there any truth in make money online blog really making money online? That’s the question being thrown up in the latest drama in Make Money Online (MMO) blog sales.

Now, if you are confused, let Asia’h Epperson give you a brief introduction.

Recently, Asia’h Epperson posted about some make money online blog being put up for sales and some people purchasing it as a ridiculous price. Then, Asia’h Epperson continued to explain why it is not advisable to buy these niche blog.

And that’s not the end yet, there is more exciting drama coming up as some posts is being thrown in on the blogosphere and many comments, hate and love, are being made.

First, Vic from Bloggerunleashed made a post about the sales and as usual, there are people who are not happy with Vic’s style of posting and so, John Cow came along and joined in the fun with a post himself and eventually, Garry Conn kicked in with his own opinion about the whole thing.

Vic and Garry shared the same view that people are buying MMO blog at too high a price, but, Cow, looking to sell his blog, obviously has a different view. Then, Garry and Cow thinks Vic is too harsh on his post and bash too much about the issue.

Vic, Cow and Garry, each have their own loyal readers and all throw their weights behind them and going through all the comments being made, you can see more drama. Names are being called, integrity being questioned, and well, even business partner are being implicated.

You go and read those articles and make your own judgment about the whole issue.

So, back to the question: Is there any truth in make money online blog really making money online?

Asia’h Epperson has been getting invitation from friends a long time ago to join Facebook, but, never really bother to take a look at it. Last month, finally, Asia’h Epperson took a long look at the latest and maybe hottest social networking community and yes, Asia’h Epperson said: I joined facebook.

It is not an overstatement that facebook is the hottest community now, and it is ever growing at an astonishing rate. Well, if you have not joined them, Asia’h Epperson recommends that you go and joined. Take a look, search for your friends and you won’t be surprise if you find many of them. It is like everybody is on the community now. Asia’h Epperson actually found some friends that already lost touch many years ago.

Crazy.

So, what are the reasons why Asia’h Epperson think people should use Facebook or what advantage Facebook have that people should joined them?

You can interact with friends that you seldom meet up or maybe those that you already lost touch with. Now, Asia’h Epperson knew it and you knew it. It is impossible to meet up with every one of your friends or different group of friends every now and then, right? With Facebook, you can interact with friends easier, send message, poke them, send photo and many other things. That’s great, right? Also, you can join groups that interest you. Those people who shares the same interest as you or works in the same industry as you. You can easier do a search and interact with them.

Now, facebook is so hot that if you don’t know anything about it, you are simply showing a lack of knowledge on the upcoming technology trend. It would be good if you can just joined them, take a look and if it really don’t interest you. Just forget it. But, Asia’h Epperson guess is that you will probably hook on it.

Then again, many people are developing application on facebook platform now. Not sure which way thing will go, but, at the present, if you are adequate with skill on developing application on facebook, Asia’h Epperson do think there is enough opportunity for you to move far.

Recently while reading some blogs, Asia’h Epperson came across a very interesting topic. The article questions about why people still blog if he or she can’t write well, meaning, basically, unless you have a flair in writing, you shouldn’t even blog at all because your article will be totally filled with grammar mistakes.

Asia’h Epperson can’t write well also, so, should Asia’h Epperson blog?

The question is a reality check for Asia’h Epperson because from the beginning, this blog, Asia’h Epperson, is meant to be a personal blog. Asia’h Epperson don’t expect many unknown reader to come here and clearly this blog is not going to Make Money Online.

So, should Asia’h Epperson stop blogging just because Asia’h Epperson can’t write well?

Asia’h Epperson don’t think so. Now, there is no requirement or entry bar to start a blog. Anybody can simply create a blog and start blogging in minutes. So, why hesitate and question?

There are many niche in blogosphere. If you are going to start a blog teaching people how to write article, proper English, of course, you need to write well so that people believe in your ability. Other than that, Asia’h Epperson don’t see any purpose why you must write well if you are going to start blogging.

Sometimes Asia’h Epperson finds it very funny that there are all this disturbing noises in life. You know, there are once when Asia’h Epperson had a conversation with this young lady who is a lawyer. Well, She told Asia’h Eppeson that she pity those lawyers who are not eloquent. She said why be a lawyer if you can’t speak well.

Well, guess what Asia’h Epperson told her. Asia’h Epperson simply reply: do you know that not all lawyers go to courts to fight cases? There are people who draft contracts and agreement, don’t you know. Well, that shut her mouth up. Young and Arrogant, right?

So, back to the topic. Asia’h Epperson will continue to blog, and Asia’h Epperson hope you do so. Don’t let all this silly question stop you. A blog can be in many forms, and no, no one should ever question you anything. It is your decision and rights.

Asia’h Epperson has been reading blogs for the past one year. There is no particular niche area of blogs that Asia’h Epperson won’t read. Make money online, self improvement, rambling, GTD, comics, blogging tips, article writing, business, you named it, Asia’h Epperson will have read it somewhere sometimes before.

So, what attracts Asia’h Epperson to keep going back daily and read these blogs? Well, the answer is very simple. It is the author, the topics of writing, the style and the relationship build up with the blog owner through commenting and interacting.

Now, some of those blogs will start to look for buyers within one year time. Asia’h Epperson had seen it many times. There are, of course no lack of buyers who look to buy into these blogs, thinking that they are making money and it is easier for them to start make money online with these blogs instead of starting a fresh new one.

It is a very wrong perception and Asia’h Epperson will tell you why.

Now, most of the times, those blogs that are being sold and bought by people are a one man blog, meaning, the owner is the only writer for that blog. Just like Asia’h Epperson is the only writer here at this blog. So, everything being written is the idea of the owner, from the design, logo, topics, posting to comments. All are by the owner itself.

So, readers that read the blog are basically being attracted to the blog by the writer’s charisma, the style of writing, the topics and maybe the discussion. So, unless the new buyer share the same characteristic of the previous owner, have the same ideology and maybe shared the same style of posting, writing, it would be a very difficult task to retain readers and attracts advertisers.

How many times Asia’h Epperson had seen those blogs that are sold and purchased fall? You know it if you are being around for a while in this blogosphere. Many.

Now, if you buy a blog for a couple of hundred dollars, it is okay. You can count them as money lose, not too hard feeling. Now, again, you look at those blogs that are being sold recently at ridiculous price, ten thousand or more, it really hurts.

If those new owner think that just by paying that kind of silly money and they can start make money online, think hard. Asia’h Epperson wishes you good luck. It is possible, but, Asia’h Epperson highly doubt it.

Now, if you go start a new blog and start writing, are you confident that you can get that kind of readers, money in 1 year time? If you don’t, what make you think that you can get that kind of income just by making a purchase of these blogs?

It is very common to see blogs or established websites putting up for sale and every now and then, we will heard of them being sold. Now, if you are not aware, recently there are a few Make Money Online Blog being sold at a very high price and it looked like the trend is going on.

The problem here is, will this Make Money Online blogs make money for the new owner? Did the new owner paid too much a price for this blogs?

Asia'h Epperson will take a look at one of the blogs and you make your own judgement.

OneMansGoal.com is the blog that Asia'h Epperson going to talk about. Now, if you have been reading blogs for the past one year, most probably you have heard of Bryan Clark blog. Now, the blog have been sold AGAIN for 10 thousand dollar. Yes, AGAIN, because it was the second time that Bryan Clark sold away this blog.

Interesting? Well, a couple of month ago, he sold away OneMansGoal.com for 8K plus and as like most of the make money online blog, the new owner is not able to make any money over the blog and in the end, the blog was sold back to Bryan at a lower price. Now, this time round, someone brought it at a much higher price again and so, do you think it will make money?

Asia'h Epperson don't think so. Now, it is a reality that Make Money Online Blog is not going to make money for the new owner. There are already many cases, to name a few, SiteFever, CashQuest and OneMansGoal. It is amazing that people are still willing to fork out that kind of silly money to buy these Make Money Online Blog.

Now, ask yourself. If these blog is really making money or let's say they have hugh potential to make money online, will the owner sell them? Most of them put up the sale and claim that they have no time to manage and have other project. Bullshit. Totally Bullshit. I don't see that interacting with readers, making comment or making a post several day once is that tough. It is all about taking the quick money and run.

Two Things That Motivate Asia'h Epperson To Blog

This blog, Asia’h Epperson, was created on the 24th March and it was coming to about 3 weeks old. Since the first post is made, Asia’h Epperson tried to make it a point to post daily. There are a few strong factors, or would I said beliefs, that caused Asia’h Epperson to keep continue in writing, although most of the articles don’t really have any value or will add value to reader.

But, as I said before, Asia’h Epperson is just a personal blog. There is no particular niche that it is trying to pursue and hence when you read Asia’h Epperson, it is probably a ranting dairy.

So, what actually are the factors that keep this blog, Asia’h Epperson, going?

The fulfill of a dream

Believe it or not, my earliest dream is to become a writer. Asia’h Epperson in a way helps to fulfill this dream. The sad part of the dream is that this blog, Asia’h Epperson, is probably just a simple diary, and it most probably won’t make money online also.

Anyway, Asia’h Epperson will be a stepping stone for me to move on. This is a trial and error place where mistakes can be made without causing too much hurt. I am learning everyday as I write on Asia’h Epperson and it is only through Asia’h Epperson blog that I learn more about blogging, networking and many others.

The Google Love

Now, everyone, including Asia’h Epperson, reaches out their hand to google and hoping that there will be some love been shown. Not everyone succeed. Everyone is trying hard to outrank each other in Google search, hoping to get some good ranking and hence the organic traffic.

Asia’h Epperson is also the same. If you did go through some of my earliest post on this blog, you can see that I am trying to rank number one for Asia’h Epperson and I would think that it is an achievement if I am able to do it.

Asia’h Epperson know it is not a easy task and a lot of hard work and efforts is being put in before this blog, Asia’h Epperson, started to rank well. That’s why, you can imagine how upset Asia’h Epperson was, when someone followed Asia’h Epperson and caused some issues to this blog. I was just glad that everything is now clarified and back to normal.

If you have been reading blogs for quite sometimes, you probably have come across the famous problogger, Darren Rowse. Recently, he is promoting his "Six Figure Blogging" course again as a pricing of $325.

Yes, you are right. Asia'h Epperson never write the amount wrongly. Now, ask yourself, will you ever pay that amount of money to learn blogging when I suppose that anything that you want to know about blogging, you could easily find them on the internet.

And Darren did mentioned that

Of course some people achieve this online through teaching themselves or reading other blogs on the topic - but most of those who signed up wanted to get this information in the one place in a more intense way (ie over a six week structured course) and were willing to pay for that.

So, that simply imply that yes, all the course informations are readily available somewhere on the internet. So, will you pay that amount ?

Asia's Epperson can't said for others, but, Asia'h Epperson will definitely won't pay that amount to earn blogging.

First of all, that kind of money is not cheap and it won't guarantee that you will earn it back through blogging.

Then again, you look around. How many bloggers around can earn a decent living through blogging? You can easily count and in one of the poll Darren make before, most of the bloggers don't make money.

Now, Asia'h Epperson has no intention to berate the problogger. He is able to earn good money through his own effort and that is admirable. Asia'h Epperson can also understand that he did put in effort for the course and it need to be rewarded. But, the kind of pricing is really too high, don't you think so?

Of course, there are people who support him and slam those opposed. Well, what can Asia'h Epperson said?

Asia'h Epperson can tell you that you guys go ahead if you are interested, don't support for the sake of support. It is very hard for Asia'h Epperson to believe that those people who claimed support are going to sign up, they probably won't.

Because end of the day, it is their pocket that hurts.

Asia'h Epperson is really just a simple blog. There is no valuable content on this blog, at least that's what I think so. Most of the time I write things that I come across or encountered, and at times it is just about making noise only. There is no particular niche area that this blog, Asia's Epperson, is targeting. And no, this blog is definitely not going to Make Money Online.

Well, if this is the first time you are here, let me welcome you to Asia'h Epperson.

Most of the times, I read blogs and everywhere Asia'h Epperson go, people said Content is King. Yes, I agreed. Content is really king. If you are able to write valuable article, something new that nobody has written before, well, people will link to you and give you credit, and that's how you gain your authority and popularity in the blogging world, and probably get many readers and end up making money online. Asia'h Epperson totally agreed.

But, the truth is, how many blogs out there are writing new, unique and valuable article. You go check them out, most of the time, they are talking about the same thing. Same content, but just different style of reading. And hey, reader just love it. Strange.

Sometimes, Asia'h Epperson will read a post at Blog A and then felt that it looks familiar. Ohhhh.... Asia'h Epperson remembered. Asia'h Epperson read that in Blog B 2 weeks ago. And the pattern keeps repeating. Now, even those big blogs or a term bloggers called A-Lister in the blog world do that also.

So, is content really the king? Seriously, I has doubt on it. What say you?

And, by the way, everytime those big blogs was asked about how they gain so many RSS subscribers and readers or make some much money online, one of the key points they sure to mention is CONTENT IS KING. Come on, give Asia'h Epperson a break. That's not unique at all.

It really up to individual view. But, Asia'h Epperson is really sick of those repeated ranting that say writing unique content is king bullshit.

Asia'h Epperson Loves Nice People

If you are here for the first time, a very warm welcome to you, and thanks for visiting my blog, Asia'h Epperson.

Recently there is some confusion and misunderstanding between Asia'h Epperson and a fellow blogger. If you don't know what's going on, you might want to read this, this and this.

Now, I am very happy that after all the confusion and misunderstanding and a few posts on my blog, everything is finally clarified and cleared.

So, I thought Asia'h Epperson should write something about it.

People are actually nice and friendly or to be more precise, fellow bloggers are nice people. There is this nice guy, Griz, who teach us how to make money online using blogger platform. There is also this nice guy called Vic, who show you the way to make money online.

And, without forgetting this nice guy blog, Fly Fishing for Beginners, who readily admit a mistake make and put in the effort to say it and rectify it.

And, I want to tell you guys that, you are great. Asia'h Epperson loves you.

Of course, not everything is nice in the internet world. There are also blogger who claimed to show you how to make money online, but, all they did are just keep pushing affiliate products to you without actually showing you how to do it, and they are also people who claim to make thousands and thousands of dollar without actually telling you how they make it.

So, end of the day, you really need to open your eyes and see clearly, who is really the real thing.

Asia'h Epperson has been reading blogs for the past 1 year, come across many big blogs about make money online, including those A-Listers. To think that I almost started my blog in the same way of those blogs is really scary. I was almost sold on their idea, but luckily, somehow, I come across Vic and Griz site.

Now, these two guys is really the real thing. If you are serious about making money online, go to their site and read their articles. It won't cost you a single cents reading their post, and you judge for yourself are they showing you the way to make money online.

To be frank, I don't ever think that I will start blogging because I think I write lousy. If you go through all the previous posts on this blog, you probably agreed. They are nonsense, non value added articles, right? But, do you know that this type of writing can make tonnes of money also? I won't tell you how, you go to Griz and Vic site and read it yourself.

By the way, a bit disappointed that Asia'h Epperson is no longer on position 9 of the google search. Read on a SEO blog that Google has made some more Search Engine Result Page update in April, that's probably explain why the appear and disappear of my blog, Asia'h Epperson, in google.

Well, not too bad, at least it sits at number 9 for two days. Just pity that I forget to take a screenshot to prove that Asia'h Epperson was there before.

Asia'h Epperson Play A Fair Game, I Hope All Other Do

It is very sad for Asia'h Epperson to get to know people who will do whatever, including using dirty tricks to achieve his goal especially through the internet. It never cross my mind that such people will go to such extent to make himself looks so disgrace to the society. You see, I have been trying so hard to make my way to be ranked within the top ten under my name, Asia'h Epperson. It is through my hard earned effort and determination and most importantly not at the expense of another's hard work. I never go around saying bad things about other people's work. I just work on my blog, trying to build links, and it is all about hard work when my blog, Asia'h Epperson, started ranking well.

But, someone out there try to sabotage Asia'h Epperson, whoever did it, you know it. Please remember, life is more than competition and if you want to play, play it fairly. If you out beat me in the game in a fairly and gentlemen manners, I won't cry foul. You must have did something worthwhile or good, then you can win the game, right? The original Asia'h Epperson will definitely appreciate the lost and salute the winner.

But, why go to such extent to sabotage Asia'h Epperson and announced to everyone that this is just a "friendly competition"? I never did you any wrong, did I? If I did, just tell me, post it in your blog, show it to everybody. But, why go so low just to win the competition.

I have very high hope on the people playing this game. I never ever think anyone will go so low to sabotage each other. But, I am wrong, I am totally wrong.

Yesterday, I found someone making comment using my name, Asia'h Epperson, on those blogs I go daily. I never make a big hoo ha about it. I just make a simple post about it, joke about it. He came back to my post and comment again, and I agree the point, friendly competition. No problem. I am in.

You see, Asia'h Epperson never go around sabotage others, did I? I never go to those blogs I go daily and claim that I am the original Asia'h Epperson, did I? I never ask the blog owner to delete away those comments, did I? What I did is open and fair, how I build my links, how I rank my keyword, you guys visit my blogs, can see it clearly.

Today, I found out that one of the high PageRank blog that I go daily, someone make a comment as Asia'h Epperson, but, put in a invalid link. As I am a top commentator for that blog for quite sometimes, it still show my name Asia'h Epperson as the number one commentator but the link is pointing elsewhere.

Alright, I am giving you the benefit of doubts that you don't know what happened. Let me tell you why. The top commentator widget used for Blog is using Commentator Name to count the total number of comments they make for the month. So, the last comment link will be used as the URL for that name.

So, when you comment using Asia'h Epperson also, that blog actually count your comment under Asia'h Epperson, but, because you are using a different URL and you are the last to comment, the top commentator slot that is suppose to be mine become yours. Got it?

So, if you guys are gentleman, want to play the game fairly and still want to comment on those blogs that I have been (I know how you find it there), use another name, called it Asia' Epperson Fan or Asia'h Epperson Blog or whatever you want, just don't use Asia'h Epperson on its own.

And I know who you are, because I practically go through almost 100 archived posts for those blog to find out that you are the last commentator using Asia'h Epperson but different URL.

By now, you should know who you are but I choosed to give you the benefits of doubts that you are not aware of the effect of your acts (being that you are not an expert) hence you never bothered to explain to me or leave a comment here telling me that it is a genuine mistake. I take it that it is really an oversight, but, the next time if I see it again, after making this post, you are aware and you have deliberately using such dirty tricks.

And don't tell me that you never saw this post or whatever, I am going to zoom it also.

Okay, So Someone Followed Asia'h Epperson

I don't know how to put it in words, but, sometimes, I do believe strange things do happened in the internet world.

Yesterday, I posted about how my blog, Asia'h Epperson, suddenly ranked high on google for the keyword Asia'h Epperson, and to be exact, it sits at number 9 position. Then, someone leave a Anonymous comments on that post, without or failing to state his name and his url on his comments. I guess I understand his reasons and circumstances.

Today, as usual I visited those blogs that I read daily, those that I read their post daily and make comment, those blogs that I started to have some interaction, connection and relationship with, suddenly, I got a big surprise.

Well, out of the blue, I saw someone else commenting at those blogs and called himself, Asia'h Epperson. Haha haha, I knew it, when I make that post, someone would found out the way from Asia'h Epperson blog to all those blogs I go daily. And by following your link at those blogs, I know who you are.

Do you know why? It is because Asia'h Epperson has been to your blog before, not only your America Idol blog, but another blog you own and write, something with a fish..... hehehehe... oopps forget to tell you, if you go google your America Idol site, and click on cache, hey, your original post name appears there. Well, google take sometimes to update all their cache to reflect the Anonymous author name that you try to put on now.

Well, don't worry too much and no hard feelings, this post is written just because Asia'h Epperson simply don't know what to write today. It is just another lazy Saturday and I thought of how internet can turn into, I can't stop myself from laughing...

Can Someone Tell Asia’h Epperson What’s Going On?

Now, I am getting more and more puzzled and I wish someone more knowledgeable about SEO and google can explain or enlighten me on it.

If you have read my post in end march on Asia’h Epperson indexed by google, and followed by the post where I mentioned this blog disappeared in google search, you will know why I feel puzzled and really crack my head over the whole thing.

If you don’t know about the whole issue, let me explain. I am trying to rank #1 for the search term Asia’h Epperson. It is because I thought is would be easier for my friends or whoever trying to reach me to find me easier as google is the number one search engine in the world. Logical? I think so.

As this blog, Asia’h Epperson, is a totally new blog which I created and start posting on 24th March, I really put in a lot of effort in several areas to improve my ranking. So, I was pretty excited about it when google found this blog and indexed it, but, that’s lasted only for 2 days. Two days later, it suddenly disappeared from google search and I don’t know why. I thought it was being put into the google sandbox, which a lot of blog mentioned it, but, just after two days, it is really strange, isn’t it?

Now, here come the excited part. Today, I do a search on the keyword Asia’h Epperson again and guess what? My blog, Asia’h Epperson, now is ranked number 9. Yes, you read it correctly, it appeared on the first page of google search result and it is currently ranked number 9.

Will it disappear two days later again? I really don’t know. This google thing is really giving me some excitement every now and then. I really cannot understand the whole logic behind it. I means, I really don’t expect the sudden appear, disappear and re-appear.

I know it is not a big deal about ranking in google and it seems like I have made a big hoo ha about it. But then, Asia’h Epperson is my personal blog, I definitely would like to see it rank much more higher.

My best friend, Kelly, called me last night after reading my last post where I blog about my decision to stop blogging at Asia’h Epperson. I can feel her sincere concern about me. She asked if there is anything that she can help, be it financial or life, she will try her best.

I feel very sorry about it and explain to her my motive behind it. Actually, it is a April Fool joke. If you are not aware, yesterday, 1^st April is the April Fool Day. And, sorry for fooling you, Kelly, Asia’h Epperson isn’t going to stop blogging.

Well, how could I possible stop blogging? I mean, I really started to like this whole thing. Although most of the time, I know that I am writing nonsense or maybe just write anything that I can think of, I still feel excited about it. This is my personal blog and the feeling that I can do whatever I want with it and no one can interfere with what I am writing is really great.

In school days, whenever we are requested to write essay by our teacher, we need to carefully construct the sentence and make it look readable and good, with proper connection in between. If we don’t, most probably, we will get a bad grade and maybe need to redo. That’s really frustrating and tiring. Now, I finally enjoyed myself with this blogging stuff here.

I have also started to comment on some blogs that I read, and the conversation is getting interesting to me. I can express my feeling about the posting, make some points and I know that some of the blog’s owner actually visit my blog, Asia’h Epperson, after viewing my comment. Asia’h Epperson is starting to get some traffic and it is really fun. Now, it is a normal routine for me to post my article daily and then I will follow on to view other blogs and maybe post a comment if I feel like.

So, to all who visit Asia’h Epperson, keep coming back. This blog is definitely going to continue.

Asia'h Epperson Going to Stop Blogging

I know it comes a bit too early. But, it is probably the time now. I sit down and really think hard before coming to this conclusion. I have decided to stop blogging for a while. The situation is quite clear, I need to find a job, start earning some money in order to survive. I can’t get by without any income for too long.

The stats is actually quite discouraging, considering the fact that only a couple of people came by my blog, Asia’h Epperson, since it was created last week. I know it is still in a very early stage and I can’t expect many people to stumble into my blog. In fact, I don’t really have very big expectation on this blog, and my main purpose is to write something every now and then and in long run, hoping to bring in some money and make money online.

I experience the joy of seeing Asia’h Epperson get indexed by google and then seeing it gone in another two days was really a big puzzle to me. But, it was a really good experience as I can get a real feel on the blogging stuff.

But, reality kicks in. I need to double up my effort to get a job and move on. It is getting a bit frustrating to sitting around for too long without doing anything at all except blogging. Asia’h Epperson is my personal blog and most probably, I will continue to write sometime when I am free, but, I think most importantly at this moment, I need to put in more effect to secure a job and start to put some money in my bank.

In my whole life, I never really think that I am able to write and post articles on the web for people to view, and I really think it is amazing that I did it and yet, it is really sad that the period is so short for me. Granted, if there is more times, I will come back here and posted again.

And this is to my best friend, Kelly, who has given me the most support during this period, thanks, Asia’h Epperson will always love you.

Asia'h Epperson Really Don't Understand Google

Yes! Google Do Loves Asia'h Epperson

If you have read my earlier post on Asia'h Epperson been indexed by google, now, here is the surprise. If you go do a search again for this blog, it is totally gone from google result pages. Why? I simply cannot understand. The fact that this blog appeared on google for only 2 days really puzzled me.

I looked around the internet, searching for some information, and apparently, I comes across this term, Google Sandbox. It seems like my blog, Asia'h Epperson, is being sent to the google sandbox and that's why there is no result found when I do a search on it.

What Is The Google Sandbox

Thousands of new blogs or websites appear online everyday and to google, they are totally unaware whether the site is a spam sites or not. So, the logical way for google is to put all the new websites under quarantine for a period of assessment, while Google access whether the site is spam or legit.

The main purpose of Google Sandbox is to target and remove spam sites, but, in actual fact, it is affecting all the new sites. With this system in place, it will actually prevent the new sites from blasting their way to the top of Google search result pages and overtake those quality websites that have been around for years.

Who Goes Into The Sandbox?

Well, in theory, all new websites will goes into the sandbox. But, in reality, nobody knows, because it seems like there are some sites that reported never been sent to the SandBox at all.

How Long Will Your Website Remain In The Google Sandbox?

It depends. There are certain factors that will determine how long you website sit in the Google sandbox. Explanation around the internet is that if your website is focusing on a highly competitive keyword, then it is likely to stay in the sandbox for a longer period. And if the keyword is not very competitive, then the duration will be considerably shorter.

What Do You Do If Your Site Gets Sandboxed?

Wait. There is no other way. You need to be patient for it to comes out of the sandbox.

So, What Now, Asia’h Epperson?

Well, for the time means, I will just keep writing and posting, hopefully, this blog will comes out of the google Sandbox soon. And my aim is still the same, that I am able to get listed on the first page of google for the search key word Asia'h Epperson.

You see, happiness don't come everyday, we face things that somehow damn our mood daily. Maybe you overslept in the morning, and need to rush for work or school; maybe you have a big argument with your friend or family; maybe you can't complete your work on time; or anything.

But, I always make it a point trying my best to be happy daily. My best friend once commented about me. She said: Asia'h Epperson, how the hell did you remain so happy daily.

Well, actually, the secret is very simple. You either make it your day or ruin it. That really depend on what you want it to be.

Anything that is not smooth for you, try to think of it in a positive way. Anything that can upset you for the day, take it as another challenge throw to you by life. You don’t need to be too upset about these things, think of it this way, it will pass.

I know it is easy to say than done. But, just try your best. Life is too short to be unhappy everyday, if you don’t want to be a sucker, drowning in your sorrow or sad past, thinking about the unhappy stuff, you can change it.

I have been reading up a lot of positive stuff these days. I visited several self-improvement and positive blog, reading their articles and seeing how people commented about how they change their life by putting the points to practice. It is really amazing that people can change for the good and improve the quality of their live, just by reading those comments they left in the post, you can see it.

So, it really boils down to the fact that I mentioned. You are the only one, the main and only one, that can really ruin your day or make it another great day. How you react, how you live and what you want in life; it really depends on yourself.

If Asia’h Epperson can do it, so can you. Brace your heart, smile, tell yourself everyday is a great day, be happy and don’t worry.

Yes! Google Do Loves Asia'h Epperson

This blog was created on 24th March 2008. From then till now, I have posted 5 articles. And almost everyday, I will try to check out on Google to see if my blog is being indexed.

Yesterday, I was delighted to see that google have finally crawled my blog and it was indexed. So, by typing site:asiaheppersonrock.blogspot.com on the search engine, I found out that my site Asia'h Epperson finally appeared on google. It means google has finally crawl my site and it will probably indexed my other pages pretty soon.

It takes a total of 4 days for google to reach my site, and it came as a big surprise to me that Yahoo found my site, Asia'h Epperson, much more earlier, about 1 day earlier than google. I will talk about how Yahoo found Asia'h Epperson, but, that is for another post another day.

I read that it takes time for google to indexed site and it was reported that some sites take months, some reported as long as a year, to even get indexed on google. So, I think I am quite fortunate to get some love from google, at least it take only 4 days for Asia'h Epperson to be indexed by google. I know that some sites get listed much more faster, some blog claimed to be having timeframe like within hours, so, I don't really think it is that fast for Asia'h Epperson. But then, I am not Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Expert, so, overall, I am still quite happy with the time it take to be indexed by google.

Although not all my pages are indexed by google yet, I am fine with it. I know that not all pages will be indexed, and anyway, I also don't think that I have written any quality, outstanding articles yet.

My only concern now is that just by searching google using my name, Asia'h Epperson, I was nowhere near the top few pages, so, if any of my friend is going to try and find me on the web using Asia'h Epperson, the chances is, they will probably won't find me. I look around and it look like most of the top few pages are all related to American Idol contestant, Asia'h Epperson.

So, for the time means, I am just trying to do whatever I can, by writing and posting regularly at Asia'h Epperson, hopefully, there will be a day when I am able to get listed on the first page of google for the search key word Asia'h Epperson.

Asia'h Epperson - Will She Returns

If you have been following American Idol, you probably are aware that Asia'h Epperson was being voted out of the season seven contest.

Lately, there are rumors in the internet about the possibility return of the wildcard for the American Idol contest, and that there will be a round of wildcard pick for 5 contestants that had been voated out of the American Idol. If it is true, then contestant that are already eliminated, peoples like Asia'h Epperson, Amy Davis, Luke Menard, Garrett Haley and many others, may yet get a chance to have another shot again at American Idol.

Will Asia’h Epperson returns?

Well, I do hope so as I support Asia’h Epperson. This young lady is talented and it was a shame that she was voted off earlier on. I will definitely root for her returns.

I will keep a close lookout for the wildcard rumors and if there is any update or announcement, I will put it up here. So, please check this blog out often.

This Asia'h Epperson Is Not That Asia'h Epperson

My best friend, Kelly, called me yesterday after she visited my Asia'h Epperson blog. She is happy that I finally started blogging and read about my story. She was obviously in a very good mood, giving me some suggestions here and there about my blog, and although I don't really understand some of the things she said, I am still quite grateful to her.

You see, this is my first blog and it is quite a strange feeling to actually see that I have already created a blog and posting on it. To physically read it through a browser, I really can't explain the kind of excitement I have. Of course, this is just the beginning and there is still a lot of works to be done.

My main problem now is how to write and post regularly. I mean, I hate to go to school, so, I am actually quite weak at writing and it is a very big challenge for me at this moment. I hope that I can eventually write and post and maybe a few years later, when I look back, I can see part of my life events being documented here, in this blog.

Kelly was a bit concerned about one issue and that really kicks into my mind once again as I write this post. She saw the american idol wording on my header, saw me mentioning Asia'h Epperson, the contestant in the american idol and several related stuffs. She was worried that other people might think that I am trying to take this opportunity and build my blog based on Asia'h Epperson fame. Come on, Kelly, do I need that? Anyway, I don't really think this blog can bring me any fame, or help me make money online. So, what the heck?

Anyway, thanks for your concern, I really appreciate it. Well, maybe I will make a disclaimer someday, but, at this time of point, I think I have said enough at this stage and make enough clarification.

Well, I am Asia'h Epperson and once again, no, I am not that Asia'h Epperson you see on the American Idol.

My Best Moment with Asia'h Epperson

I know, considering my age, it is still very early to talk about the best moment in my life. But, then, who say that you can't talk about it when you are young? Everyone should have their best moments in every stage of their life, from the time they are young till old.

So, I am going to say something about it. You see, although I am still young, I already have a lot of precious memories of those wonderful and best moments in my life. These memories will just simply warm my heart, bring out my smile and happiness everytime they come to my mind.

The Best Moment - When Asia'h Epperson was still young

I still remember that particular time. My mum used to bring me around when she visit my grandma every Saturday afternoons. Beside my grandma's house, there is a small park. I will play hide and seek with my cousins, skate and ride bicycles in the park. You see, my parents are very strict with me, so, most of the time, I don't really go outdoor and play without them around. So, the only time I can freely play around without their supervision is only on the Saturday afternoon. I really enjoyed those special moments which are unforgettable.

The Best Moment - When Asia'h Epperson start schooling

I know, this is going to be very disturbing to a lot of people. But, wtf? I am still going to say it. It is graduation day. I hate to go school, although I know it is for my own goods. Well, my parents said nowsday, without a good education, it is going to be very tough in life. I believe what they said, but then, I simply don't like school day... Every day I am looking forward to go home when I reach school; and I can't deny that the best moment is that GRADUATION DAY.

Asia'h Epperson - Amercian Idol Dream Ends

Well, what else can I say?

Asia'h Epperson was being voted out of the American Idol contest. I am not too sure that she is the most talented contestant, but, clearly, she is not the worst. It is a shame that she could not make it into the final 12 and was voted out.

I had been following this season American Idol closely and keep a very closed lookout for Asia'h Epperson because she is having the same name as me. All my friends are rooting for her, but, somehow, she simply don't have the luck with her. I meant she is pretty, sing well, the judges like her, media coverage of her father's death (more exposure, really, not insulting), but, she still get vote off, if it is not lack of luck, how to explain?

Although she couldn't make it, I still hope that she is able to score some record deal, hopefully, some people out there with the eyes for talent are able to spot and sign up Asia'h Epperson, else, we probably hear the last of her on 6 March.

Hi, a very warm welcome to Asia'h Epperson - my personal blog.

First of all, let me give you a brief introduction of myself and later on, I will tell you more about what this blog is all about, and how it comes about.

My name is.... yes, you are right, Asia'h Epperson, and no, I am not the one appearing in the America Idol Season 7 contestant. I loves to sing as well, but, I just don't have the courage to sign up for audition and maybe go on stage to sing in front of so many audience. At most, I will hide in my room and sing when all my family is not around. I really admire those American Idol contestant, whether they are voted in or voted out, you must give them a big applause for their courage to appear on stage, just to appear on screen, I would say is a big achievement.

Okay, more about me. I just finish my high school, and are currently on a look out for any job opening. To be frank, I hate to look for job, checking out classified ads for jobs, surf job website, sending job application thru web, email, etc... it's not a simple task, but, then, what choice I have?

My best friend has been writing blog for a couple of years and she tell me that it is a trend now. She shows me a couple of websites that claims make money online is simple, you just got to write and write daily, and then many people will come to read and from there, you can make a lot of mooney online.

I don't think that is so simple. Both my parents works a minimum of 8 hours daily from morning to night, just to put food on the table, if just by blogging can make money, what will the world becomes?

Anyway, after seeing my best friend's blog, I am pretty hook and so, I decided to create Asia'h Epperson and maybe try it out to see if blogging can really help me to make money online.

So, what is Asia'h Epperson blog about?

This blog will probably be the place where I try to write all daily things that happens around me. Maybe I will write about interesting website or blogs that I visited, or the movies / songs / tv programmes that I watch and feel that I need to talk about. I will probably write about my view on the American Idol, I love to watch it..... yes, and talk about the contestant Asia'h Epperson as well.

The list could go on and on, in all, this will most probably a very personal blog of me, and hopefully, many people will find their way here to watch me talk nonsense, nothing important stuff, and in the end, help me to make money online.
